14-day Pro trial
Every new account automatically receives a 14-day Pro trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You get full Pro access — exports, full historical evidence, alerts, and monthly close packs — for 14 days.
What happens when the trial ends
If you haven't added a payment method, your account automatically downgrades to the free Starter plan. You keep the dashboard, KPI tiles, and 7-day data preview. Your historical data is retained — upgrade to Pro at any time to access it again.
Upgrading to Pro or Business
Open LeakGuard in your Stripe Dashboard → navigate to Settings → find the Plan card → click Upgrade. You will be redirected to yiok.ai/products/leakguard/billing, where your session is verified, then taken to Stripe Checkout to complete payment. After a successful payment you are returned to a confirmation page. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrading
Downgrading to a lower tier takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data and configurations are preserved — features are locked, not deleted. If you upgrade again, everything is restored.

Plan enforcement is server-side. All plan gates are enforced on the LeakGuard backend — not just in the UI. Attempting to access Pro features with a Starter account will return a 403 response from the API, regardless of client state.
